Just 5 ingredients in this frugal chili recipe with no beans. Perfect for folks who don't like beans in their chili or those on a low carb diet.

  • 4 pounds 80/20 ground beef
  • 29 ounces canned tomato sauce (1 large can)
  • 29 ounces canned diced tomoatos (1 large can)
  • 4 pinches chili seasoning (4 packets)
  • 1-3 cup water (add slowly to your liking of thickness)
  • 2 bell peppers (OPTIONAL)
  • 1 medium onion (OPTIONAL)
  1. Cook ground beef in pan and drain
  2. Add the drained ground beef and remaining ingredients into a 4 quart or larger slow cooker and stir to combine
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours
